Amie Lloyd RDH, MSDH

Amie graduated from the University of Vermont’s Dental Hygiene program with her Associates in Science in the year 2000.  

She continued her studies at UVM while working as a RDH for Essex Family Dental. 

In 2001 Amie obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree from UVM’s college of Agriculture and Life Science majoring in Animal Science. 

For the last 13 years Amie has continued to work for Essex Family Dental as a full time RDH. 

In addition to private practice, the past 4 years Amie has been teaching at VTC part time as a clinical instructor for the VTC Dental Hygiene program. 

Amie finished her Master degree in Dental Hygiene with a concentration in education from the University of Bridgeport the spring of 2013. 

In her free time Amie volunteers for Waggin’ Train Dog Rescue and loves to fish, boat, garden, read and walk. 

She resides on the shores of Lake Champlain in West Swanton Vermont with her 2 rescue dogs and cat.
